PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Nestled between the rolling hills of San Costanzo and just a few minutes from the Adriatic beaches, Casa Rossa is a private villa with pool, perfect for a relaxing vacation in the spirit of simplicity - exploring the region, enjoying local cuisine, and discovering nearby attractions, all away from mass tourism. The pet-friendly villa, surrounded by a large panoramic garden, offers stunning views of Le Marche countryside. Guests can take a short stroll to nearby vineyards and renowned wineries to taste local wines paired with typical regional products. The swimming pool and gazebo, equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners, provide ideal spots for relaxation, while children can play safely. The interior spaces are organized into separate units with shared common areas, making the villa perfect for families or groups of friends. Guests can enjoy time together without compromising privacy. The location allows for a perfect balance between beach days and countryside excursions. The towns of Fano, Marotta, and the famous Senigallia are all within 16 km of the villa. Great solutions if you are looking for a quiet place where you can relax with your family. Located at 15 min by car from the sea, this house is perfect if you look for quiet solution and yet be able to go to the beach.

NOT ENOUGH

The house and the swimming pool are good. But there was so many small problems WIFI It doesnot work correctly, sometimes yes, sometimes badly and sometimes it doesnot work And the owner had to come to repair and it disturb us In the kitchen, the sink was blocked and water could not go away. The same for the washing machine with water inside And the owner had to come to repair and it disturb us. And when they uncorked the pipes, it was smelling very badly everywhere Only a small fridge for 14 persons !? And that fridge is old and doesnot work correctly and was freezing the food No bowl ! If you want to eat inside (so many mosquitos and wasps), the table is too small and you don’t have enough chairs The coffee machine worked badly, one hour to make coffee ! I paid a lot and expected to find a perfect place with no problems for two weeks
