A number of small items where broken like parts of the window blinds and the lid for the trash can. In addition as we where getting ready on the last day the water cut off entirely. We messaged about this and they apologized. We're not sure what caused this. Also the stairway leading to our location smelled permanently like weed. I don't know what control they have over this since that stair way lead to multiple short term rentals so is a shared space. But it was in really bad shape with a bullet hole in the glass for the door. Also I reviewed their videos preparing for the stay and based on the instructions we where told that in another video we would see where the parking is. It became obvious there was no parking and they simply have street parking. Most of that is 2 hour parking so we had to park several blocks to find where non short term parking was located. I wish that had been more transparent in the description of the location. We where glad to be in North Park but next time we will probably pick a different VRBO.
