Hotel was okay my only issue was that I got charged for parking on the property. However I did not park there because it was full. While checking out I told the receptionist this and was told I would get that parking fee back with the deposit. I still did not receive that refund.

The hotel is in a good area and I liked our room and enjoyed the view, seemed up to date. Employees were friendly and welcoming. The lobby seems really outdated though, it kind of smells.

They didn’t offer me the iron board and I requested it , I found a small ant on bed and I couldn’t sleep. We were on the 3rd floor and we heard disturbing noises on the 4th floor a woman having intercourse . It was not appropriate for me taking my Son for a vacation to San Diego and having to go threw all of that.

The room was clean and well maintained. The hand held shower was a real plus and appreciated. We stayed 5 days. The room was serviced 1 time because clean towels and cups were asked for on the 3rd day. No one emptied trash,vacuumed the floors, or made the bed. Those 3 things shouldn't have to be requested.

Original room did not have a working tv or phone. The front desk worker immediately responded to a request for assistance and we assigned us to an upgraded room which had a working TV television, refrigerator and microwave, which were all missing in the original room. We appreciate his promptness to our concerns.
