It was very convenient to old town safe area well kept. I did a lot of walking tgru the area.The only down side is that it is next to the highway. But all the hotels seem to be very close to the highway.

Conveniently located to Old Town San Diego

The hotel was in a convenient location, was pretty clean but they didn’t refresh your room daily-(COVID?). The breakfast was pretty good. The pool was warm & the staff was so great!

New go-to spot for us in San Diego.

We had a great stay here. Old Town is close enough to walk to and SeaWorld was like a 10 minute drive away. Parking & elevator location were convenient, breakfast was good, staff was friendly. Only gripe was that one bathroom towel was stained, but I understand that they can't Spray n' Wash every single fabric. We'll be back for sure.

Facility had great customer service. Wendy went above to make sure i got early check in due to certain circumstances, very friendly. Room was clean ,comfy bed, also came eith mini fridge and microwave. Close to restaurants, little italy also not far from downtown.

The pros: Friendly staff and very safe. Comfortable and clean beds and pillows. Although our room was on the first floor and next to the elevator, it was surprisingly quiet. Loved the breakfast. Hot water in restroom. The cons: Restroom needed some updating; sink did not drain well. Breakfast area is too small so fills up very quick. Also, the cleaning service trolley is way too loud! Overall: 4/5. Will consider staying again.

I checked in with no issues. When i attempted to watch tv, it had an error and did not work. The front desk person came immediately. After a couple of minutes, was able to get the tv to work. I later put a do not disturb notice on my door and went to sleep. I was awoken by a loud knock and someone opening my door without announcing who they were around 8AM. After yelling i was sleep i rushed to the door to see housekeeping leaving. I went back to sleep and was awoken by loud knock and someone identifying themselves as housekeeping this time. I told them i was sleep and confirmed the do not disturb sign was still on my door. I called the front desk and she informed she let him know not to knock if there were a do not disturb sign. I personally thought this would be taught and reinforced during training. After finally waking up without the assistance of housekeeping, i attempted to turn on the tv which had the same error an could not be viewed. I gave up this time. This is in addition to housekeeping pushing an extremely loud cart over the concrete. The cart should have rubber wheels to reduce the noise. I do not plan to stay at this hotel again.
