Our toilet got clogged up and when we informed a staff member of this we were informed this is a reoccurring issues they have with the majority of the bathrooms in the hotel and the plumbing isn’t great, they’ve brought this up to management in the past but nothing gets done about it. Would recommend looking for another hotel.

Nice and clean property, good bar with very good food (unfortunately, no vegan options) and excellent service. Staff was very kind. There was a strong damp smell in our room, but we figured it might be from being close to the ocean…maybe. Still, a bit unpleasant. Otherwise, a good stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic—convenient and easy to get around. What really made our experience stand out was the exceptional service from the front desk staff. Ariana was absolutely amazing—so kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Honestly, it’s some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. She really took the time to listen and assist us with everything we needed. Kayley was also incredibly sweet and helpful—both of them made us feel truly welcome. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because they don’t offer complimentary breakfast, which would’ve made the experience even better. Still, overall a great place to stay with outstanding staff!
