The first night we got there, our tire had been slash by a knife. Manager didn't help. We had to get a new tire. I haven't even got my deposit back and it's over 7 days.

The front desk staff were amazing and so friendly even through the chaos of a busy weekend. The room was comfortable for my family. It could use some upgrades, like in the bathroom and flooring because our room had the floor caved in in some areas under the carpet but you can’t beat the staff and location! Wow! Location! So close to everything and walking distance to the mall! Overall I will stay again and I wouldn’t mind staying the items mentioned!
