Comfy clean room and a fantastic staff! We had food in the bar evening in the evening and Sean the bartender was awesome! Breakfast was great and the staff keeping it up were so nice. Only real complaint was that it looked like only one elevator was in operation and there was a long wait time. Overall though we would definitely stay here again.

Room was great, but we were hoping to have a non-down pillow. My wife has eczema and this was hard for her to sleep. We were told that the hotel was out of those pillows. Her eyes were swollen and irritated as a result and I had to get ice packs for her.

Check in was odd. Front desk girl was very frazzled bc of the line and an issue with another guest. Room was comfy, but the entire hallway smelled like sewer. I let the front desk know. I did like that’s there was an artist working on paintings that were hanging around the lobby.

The room was not spotless. We found a dirty tissue under our bed. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were empty. We like the hotel, the staff is pretty friendly. Please correct those issues. This is our second stay and will keep coming.

The check-in was great. Payton was friendly and gave us delicious cookies as a treat. The mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable. One of the hand towels had hair on it and there was hair in the bathtub.
