It took 49mins to check in all because a room wasn’t available on the 5th floor a floor I didn’t request when the 8th floor had rooms available the entire time it was quite asinine!

Parking was ok, but can get jammed up in the garage. The room was ok, a bit outdated, and could use an upgrade. It looked a tad bit dingy, especially in the warm lighting in the room. Overall, it was comfortable enough for one night. The complimentary breakfast was probably the highlight and worth the extra we paid as opposed to other hotels in the area around the same price.

The refrigerator had someone else’s food and Drinks left in it; the chairs by the desk in the sitting room were very old, with torn edges on them. There was a very slight ring in the toilet. This hotel was beautiful, but it could definitely use some updating

So comfortable and clean!

We stayed at this lovely hotel while our daughter attended her first prom. (We drove from out of town). Upon arrival, we were treated with the utmost professionalism and care, and continued through our entire stay. If you’re in the area and looking for a budget friendly, great place to stay….10/10 highly recommend!

Great place to stay

The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast was far superior to any complimentary hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. They even had a made-to-order omelette station. The staff at the breakfast buffet were accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

There’s an outdoor mall across the street. The front desk attendant who checked me in was very kind. I wasn’t happy about my room not being ready when I checked in at 4:00pm. The attendant told me that she didn’t know what time my room would be ready but they would send me a text. I never received a text so I called a few minutes after 5p and my room was ready. The room is just ok. It smelled like cigarettes. Some furniture needs to be updated. The area where they placed the toilet paper is not a great area. The toilet flusher looks like it’s gonna fall off.
