Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were much smaller than expected. Area around the hotel is not walking friendly. No dining nearby. Feels a little unsafe at night.

We received great assistance from Angel at Reception upon arrival. We were early for check-in and we were welcomed to wait in the reception lounge. Angel let us know when one of our rooms was available. We had time for a short rest before going exploring San Diego. We appreciated his assistance. The mattresses are very soft! Breakfast was provided with choices and good coffee.

I would give this property 5-Stars, but I had selected to pay at property on a different app, but they tried to charge me 3 days early, which locked my credit card as they assumed it was fraud then they cancelled my room and I had to rebook. I had tried call them and the 3rd party I originally booked with and neither was helpful and then the hotel ignored my calls. I gave up and rebooked. I didn’t make a big fuss because the staff was very nice when I was there. The free breakfast and late night cookies were pretty great and parking is convenient.
