This property is in desperate need of a deep clean and renovation. Rooms and furniture is old dates and way over used. Terribly un comfortable. All of it. Staff is really friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and plenty and overall we like the parking rates and nightly rates. But seriously, we stayed out of the room as much as possible.

Room wasn't finished with cleaning

When we opened the door a dirty shower curtain was left on the dining room table of our suite. Also saw some hair on the floor of the bathroom. I think the cleaner was somehow interrupted and didn't finish. The towels in the bath were excessive stiff. Otherwise the room was wonderful and very quiet.

Good Hotel

Stayed 11 nights. First room heat/AC and TV not working. Maintenance was sent up within a few minutes. He was great. Fixed TV but could not fix heat. He immediately told front desk. Front desk said as soon as a room was cleaned they would move us. Took about 2 hours. Staff was great the entire time. They were working on needed renovations. Lots of choice for breakfast but food was bland. OJ was watered down. Nice area but definitely needed a car as no shopping or dining close by. Everything was good but from other reviews I guess I was just expecting Excellent.
