☆ This home is located within the San Diego airport flight path. Guests may occasionally hear aircraft noise.
☆ The property features an exterior security camera at the front entrance and an approved noise monitoring device. The noise monitor only measures decibel levels and does not record conversations.
☆ Kid-friendly: We have partnered with BabyQuip to offer guests a discount on baby gear rentals including cribs, high chairs, car seats, toys, and more. Please inquire for details.
☆ We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license as required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.
☆ Unexpected circumstances happen — we highly recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation policy or refund policy.

HOUSE RULES:
**Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the Host without refund.**
1. No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy for this property is 14 people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
2. No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation.
3. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
4. Must be 25 years and older to book.
5. No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No other species allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied.
6. Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.
7. A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.
8. No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee.
9. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances.
10. All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligible. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS)
11. Additional rules may be posted at the property or provided in materials/information at the property.
12. Only 3 cars max is allowed per reservation. 2 cars in driveway and 1 in front of house.
