We bought the beach home at the end of 2020 and finished an extensive remodel/upgrade in 2021. It has been a wonderful experience to host so many group of guests. We are thrilled that our guests from both VRBO and Air B and B have been enjoying our beach home and loved their stay!

The house is in a perfect location, about a 30-second walk to Mission Bay and a one minute to 2 minutes walk to the beach/Pacific Ocean. Guests can enjoy boogie boarding, body surfing, swimming in the ocean, or the beautiful sunrise and sunset on the beach. Guests can also enjoy kayaking and paddleboarding at the tranquil bay. There are miles-long paths on the oceanside and bayside for biking and walking/jogging. Many convenient bikes and surfing shops near our beach home with very reasonable prices to rent hourly or daily. We provide boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a big wagon, and beach toys for kids. If you are coming in the winter and still like to spend the evening on the beach, there are firepit rentals. It's inexpensive to rent and the company would set everything up per your request. We don't provide any bikes due to the space issue of storing the bikes around the beach. Bike rentals are in the neighborhood.

The house has a large floor plan with three levels. Each level has its bedroom and bathroom that will give guests space and privacy. The huge master bedroom is on the 3rd floor with a king bed, one full bed, and one twin bed to accommodate a family of 4 or 5 plus Pack & Play for babies or toddlers. Two baby gates are provided for the children's protection for the two stairways. One Queen bed on both the first and second floors. Besides 3 bedrooms, we also have a leather queen sleeper sofa/bed in the living room on the 2nd floor and 2 memory foam sleeping mattresses to add flexibility for extra guests. We offer three smart TVs on all three levels of the home that you can log in your own home favorite TV programs . The house has a 2 car garage and washer/dryer on the first floor plus a great outdoor patio, BBQ, and a seating area for 12 people plus an outdoor dining table. Keyless check-in & check-out. New codes for each stay.

There are many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance including children's favorite Belmont Park. There are also all kinds of stores nearby including Ralph's grocery store with underground parking, it's only 0.5 miles away from our beach home. Our home is also very close to Sea World, San Diego Zoo, downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, and many other fun places that San Diego has to offer.

Please know we normally book from Sat. to Sat. ( 7 nights minimum) from the middle of June to the middle of August except we occasionally accommodate some special occasions such as family reunions, birthdays, or wedding guests. Please contact me if you have a special event and need to adjust the weekly requirements a bit. I will do my best to accommodate you. We are flexible for the non-summer months. Please contact me if you have any special requests.

The Perfect Beach House

If you’re reading this review trying to decide if you should rent jings beautiful beach house, do it.. book it right now. Not only is Jing the best host we’ve ever had, their beach home was the cleanest, most stocked house we’ve ever stayed in.. located perfectly between mission bay and mission beach and fully stocked with every Utensil, chair, toy, cart you may need.. garage parking, comfortable beds and A/C.. 7 minute walk to a grocery store, 2 minute walk to restaurants including the best taco shop on mission beach.. we are already planning our next trip to stay in the same home again. Thank You!!!

Outstanding Mission Bay Experience

We found the location to be perfect, so close to both the bay and beach! The house is set up nicely with everything you could need for a wonderful stay. The kitchen is well stocked with any cooking tool you may need and the BBQ outside was available and great to use! Jing, the host, was easy to communicate with and offered and earlier and later check in/out times.

Excellent Stay

The property and location was amazing but what made this stay even more special was the host. There were 11 of us traveling with little ones and they provided everything we could need from beach toys and chairs to pack n plays and high chairs. It made our stay such a breeze. Adding on to a business meeting

After staying downtown for the first part of the week for a business meeting, my work group wanted to get to the beach. Great location, so many beach towels and chairs etc. great for watching the sunset. Easy walking to the ocean and the bay. Great location. Jing was great to communicate with.

Perfect for a family vacation with young children

Highly recommend this property! The host was excellent with timely detailed communication and was so flexible. The property is so well equipped: everything you need for cooking and serving family meals, all the beach chairs, towels, surf/wave boards and sand toys you could ever need, and enough space for family time together as well as separate bedroom spaces for individual family units. The top floor features the perfect set up for a family with young children - the two special sleeping alcoves for kids are magical! Definitely happy we booked this property. Only note: If you have more than one SUV you will need to use street parking for one vehicle (the garage can only accommodate one). We parked on the street adjacent to Belmont Park (easy 1-mi walk away) because it was free and had no time limits. Lot parking near the house is rather expensive and limited to 2 hours.

Great place in Mission Bay

We stayed here with my children and their children. The layout is perfect for 3 families. When we arrived the host was very accommodating. Baked us cookies, had toys set up for the kids and a pack n play for the baby. Plenty of towels and beach chairs. We will definitely book again.

Perfect home for our annual Girl's Trip

This home was perfect for my annual Girl's Trip. The number of beds and three bathrooms made it very comfortable for the 6 of us and we were impressed with the cleanliness and organization of everything. The location allowed us easy access to SUPing on the bay during the day and then evenings on the Pacific beach. The house is also stocked with beach chairs, towels, and a beach wagon. The owner texted periodically to make sure all was going well. We wish we could have stayed longer! We HIGHLY recommend this home.

Family Staycation

What a beautiful time we had at this residence. It was a treat find coffee, plastic wrap, foil, a LARGE pot for boiling pasta ... everything one would need was provided. We also had everything we needed for the beach - kids' chairs, adult chairs, umbrellas, and a cart to take everything to the beach. I would absolutely recommend this residence, and especially this SUPER HOST, Jing. Thanks for the opportunity to stay at this special place.

Perfect Family Getaway to the Beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo property with our family, including my husband, our two little kiddos, grandma, grandpa, and my sister. There was plenty of room for everyone, making it a comfortable home base. The location was perfect—close to both the beach and the bay, which was a huge plus for us. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, including beach towels, sand toys, and a wagon for easy transport. The kitchen had all the plates, silverware, and cooking essentials, allowing us to prepare meals at home without any hassle. Everything was clean, and the bath towels were incredibly soft. Wonderful stay

Had a great stay at this house. We had 5-7 adults and 2 small kids and we had plenty of space. Had everything we needed and more. Plenty of towels, beach towels, beach accessories literally everything you need. The location was perfect to the bay and beach, the grocery store and restaurants. Very responsive host and made sure our stay was perfect. We would stay again.

Mission Bay fun

This property was just about perfect in every way except for the garage issue. The house is outfitted with everything you could need. A group of 6-8 works great-more than that gets a bit cosy in living areas. If you are coming in any type of vehicle other than a medium-small SUV or car, you will not fit. 2 small vechiles will be tight fit. parking on street is almost non existant. Jing is great to work with. Location is superb.

We have been going to the beach for 35 years and this property was the nicest one we’ve ever stayed in. The host is absolutely phenomenal. She is on top of absolutely everything if you need to get in touch with her you text or call and she gets back to you immediately, the home was stocked with everything you could possibly want including paper towels, toilet paper, spices a door full of condiments in the refrigerator any pot and pan you could need glasses, dishes, towels, beach towels, sand, chairs, sand, toys, I could go on and on it was an absolutely fantastic property
