We felt at home the moment we entered and communication with management was great. We were close to the beach; I am 83 years old and access was wonderful. The only drawback was the shower downstairs would have been better if it had been handicapped accessible however that was only a minor problem. I bought a portable hand hold safety rail and that helped.

Great location. 50 yards to the beach. Close to grocery and restaurants. Short walk to Belmont Amusement Park. We found beach gear in a closet we were never told about. We were told we could rent gear at no charge, which is what we did initially. Indoor space was smaller than expected and balcony furniture pictured was not accurate. Overall, it was enjoyable and we enjoyed the gas fire table every night.

Absolutely loved this spot! Would stay here again. I’m starting to notice that so many of our stand out stays are owned by vacation companies (Bluewater Vacation Homes owns this spot). Clean, well supplied, no clutter, and excellent amenities. Huge plus that the washer and dryer were accessible and it was a two minute walk to the beach. Overall loved it!

Perfect Location

This house was great. Sleeping arrangements were awesome. 4 Adults + 3 teenagers. The outside area was perfect for lounging in the shade after the beach and perfect for grilling and hanging on the patio. All the TV stations we love + streaming platforms. There’s a great balcony on the 2nd story with a perfect view of the beach and ocean. It’s one house off the mission boardwalk. Can’t wait for next year!

A stay worth complimenting!

There are no gotchas with this property. It is truly as pictured. It was the perfect fit for our family of 5(kids range 16-24). Some of our favorites

 literally just steps > walking access to coffee, restaurants, entertainment and more > property comforts such as beds, bedding, kitchen stocked with quality cookware, tableware, etc. We would absolutely rent again!

Great spot for family

Awesome location and great property. The property was just as advertised and was very clean and pleasant. The beds were comfy and had all you needed to enjoy yourself. There was no need to get anything extra other than your groceries as everything was there including beach gear! Would definitely stay there again.

Great time and coming back!!

Just spent 3 wonderful nights in South Mission Beach for a family celebration! Great location just one house from pristine beach and boardwalk. Property was exactly as advertised, and 2-car tandem carport made parking convenient. Surrounded by markets, restaurants, bars, and family-friendly entertainment at Belmont Park. Looked recently updated (inside and out) and we especially loved the front patio with fire-pit chat set during relaxing days and peaceful nights. The A/C came in handy for gramma while the kids went playing on the beach. Overall, we couldn’t imagine staying anywhere nicer, so we’re coming back real soon!

Excellent Location!

The property is one house away from the beach. The view from the second floor balcony is wonderful. When we arrived the house was very clean. I would say that the couch is worn and needs a good steam cleaning. Especially the arms of the couch. The floor plan worked well for my family. I did text Vacasa because there were only four metal spoons in the drawer. I received a text back that said they only “ provide a starter supply of items”. Seems odd since there were plenty of knives and forks but just four spoons? So we went and bought some plastic ones. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels. Overall I would rent this property again.

Perfect location

This spot is close to the beach, close to Belmont Park, and still feels nice and mellow. We had a blast and there was plenty of space for me, my 3 kids, and my mom.

Mission Beach House

The home was lovely and held everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The weather wasn't good so we spent a bit of time indoors. With several adults the seating was really inadequate. It would be nice if there had been at least one comfortable chair in the corner in addition to the couch. There is plenty of room for one. Also, the coffee maker did not have a pot and there was nothing else to use. With a group the individual cups were a pain and we had brought regular coffee. We missed having wine glasses. A few of the pans had handles that were very wobbly and could be dangerous. The oven broiler didn't work. These are minor things, but all would have been very helpful. Thank you.

Birthday Celebration with the family

The property was clean and super close to the beach and there was a partial ocean view as well. We enjoyed the amenities that were adequate and our family of 8 including 2 small children were comfortable for the most part. We really enjoyed the beachfront promenade that allowed us to walk into the shopping and restaurant area about a 1/2 mile away. Parking is a bit challenging, but we were able to navigate it and make it work. Getting into San Diego was very easy to do and that was a plus. We would come back again.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay immensely at this property. What a location...a short block to the beach, quick walk to the bay, and quiet as it wasn't on the boardwalk. Our family of 5 had plenty of room and we really enjoyed the upstairs deck. The management company quickly responded when we needed a few items which we really appreciated. While the house needs some TLC as it has obviously been well used, it has everything you need to have a lovely vacation. The boogie boards and beach chairs were also a welcome addition and we loved that the volleyball courts were right there at the beach. Great stay!

Great spot for a family with little kids

Loved this little beach house. Just the right size for my family of 7 (husband, mother in law, 3 boys ages 7-5, and a baby). Cute beach decor. The house was very clean with clean sheets & clean towels. The downstairs room was nice for the kids, had a bunk bed with a trundle, kid’s loved that. Also it was nice to have a washer and dryer. The beach was a small walk away from the house. Belmont park was near and little shops were walking distance. My only small complaint was the late check in at 4pm and early check out at 10am, basically makes you lose 2 days. We did have problem working the tv and the lights in the bathrooms are sensor and they turn off quick. Nice patio and balcony, with view to the beach. The bbqs burners weren’t working but called and maintenance guy resolved that. Parking our van in the carport was tricky but we managed. It’s a carport for 2 vehicles. Overall we loved our Vacay with family! Great rental, would rent it again.

This is our 2nd time staying in this house. We love everything about it. Beautiful views of the beach, walking distance to local market and restaurants. 5 minute walk to Belmont park. Very quiet neighborhood. House also has all the amenities of home,such as shampoo/conditioner. Will definitely stay again

Great Stay on Deal St.

The property was great.....had all the amenities from home! Also, everything was provided for fun on the beach! It was literally 47 steps to the ocean! The house was super clean and the washer and dryer was a plus! It was nice to have a market and food options at the end of the block! Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing place right next to beach

I highly recommend staying on Deal Court. The location is fantastic. So close to the beach and Belmont Park. Easy drive to anywhere in San Diego. The property had everything we needed to make our family of 4 comfortable.
