Parking was easy. Loved that it was easy access to the beach and shops and restaurants. The hotel was quiet and peaceful and i felt safe there. Would come to stay again.

Great location on Pacific Beach, walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. Large room with 2 double beds, and large bathroom. Very clean, helpful and courteous service. My only gripe was the cost of the room per night and the parking which was convenient but cost $30 daily.

The property was right next to the beach and conveniently located near great restaurants. Down side is that the walls are a bit thin and you may hear things going on in the adjacent room.

The location is spectacular! Staff is friendly and professional. Room was clean and spacious. The only problem is the parking situation, you have to pay 30.00 per night on top of the room charge.

This property is not what it looks like in the pictures. The room is very small with low ceilings, you have to use an extra key card to turn on the lights and keep them on. It says partial ocean view and we had a view on the sidewalk so had to keep our blinds closed the entire time, since everyone walking by could see directly into our room. We were on the bottom floor and it was very loud. You could hear everyone going up and down the stairs as well as all their conversations. Our door wasn’t even level with the ground so we had to put a towel to block the light and make it feel like we had some sort of privacy. Who ever designed the shower was not ethical at all. It’s so long and the actual shower area is very small. My boyfriend is 6’1 and barely fit within the shower area. I could only stay the first night and booked a second hotel in the morning when I woke up. Technically booked our third hotel because this was supposed to be our second and final hotel of our long road trip. I asked for a partial refund as I paid out of pocket, and the hotel told me I had to go through Expedia, and Expedia is telling me they emailed the hotel. Hopefully they resolve this issue because I’ve never felt so uncomfortable that I couldn’t stay in a hotel I booked. Just know they make this place look way nicer then what it is. We got “catfished.” Also they say you can pay for parking and it appears the staff gave all the parking to their friends and themselves. No guests had parking.

Bed was decent. Staff was nice. Right on boardwalk just seconds from dinning and little shops. Beach was nice. Can borrow beach chairs and umbrella from office. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but spaces clear up after 7pm.

The property was nice and the staff was great. But the walls and floors are so thin. I was on a bottom floor and all you hear is stomping from the children above that wakes you up super early. I was also welcomed by the people on the other side of me getting it on if you know what I mean. Had to have my tv looked at cause it wasn’t working. Over all Would I stay here again? Probably not.

Property was very clean, and as described, conveniently located next to a beautiful Pacific Beach walkway. Front desk staff was inadequately trained in hospitality and offered misinformation about parking options and room cleaning policies that made our stay less enjoyable.

The room is in a great location, right in front of the beach and surrounded by many restaurants. The room was regular the only suggestion/complaint I'd have is that the water pressure in the bathroom was not good and there was no hand soap for washing your hands.

Great location and friendly staff but beds weren’t comfortable at all. They’re super small and mattresses and bedding are too thin. We also bruised our shins repeatedly because there’s corners that protrude beyond the mattresses and the small protectors aren’t sufficient. Unfortunately it’s too easy to bump into those.

The room was pretty tight for 4 people but fine just as somewhere to sleep not hang out. You don't get parking with the room which i didn't realize when i booked, that was stressful.
