No drinking on the beach or boardwalk or seawall

PROPERTY RULES:
Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own.
Please do not plug in vapes directly into the outlets or directly into the USB ports as this is a fire hazard.
No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside. There is a $500 fine for smoking in or outside of the property.
No loud noises or parties are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
Please do not bring any additional guests onto the property without the prior approval of the host.
The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property.
Please do not use any appliances or equipment that are not specifically designated for guest use.
If you have any issues or problems during your stay, please contact us immediately so that they can be resolved.
We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors. No smoking in the property.
