Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The rooms are not clean and if you ask for daily cleaning it doesn’t get done or there’s some sort of miscommunication because they put us down for daily but then when we happened to visit the desk for an issue we found out that we weren’t scheduled but then was surprised with a cleaning and then the next day had none at all. When we arrived the door was not friendly and we figured it was just old but then had to have maintenance come because we got locked out. Maint guy didn’t even bother doing anything except tell us to close the door real hard and accused us of not closing the door all the way which is not the case. We had a day trip scheduled another day and were extremely delayed cus guess what we got locked out again. This time a new Maint guy fixed the issue which we were thankful but again time is money. We were only offered points but we don’t travel often and we told the front desk but didn’t offer us anything else and most def now we won’t be traveling again to this hotel or for a return with points so that wouldn’t be worth it. We lost our time on family due to this . Sheets and towels had stains , and one day as we waited for maint, the housekeeper was about to just let us in without any ID. There is no order here among staff and front desk is friendly except for who we checked in with. She was too busy flirting with her coworkers instead of doing her job. Don’t worry though she was able to give us a gross dirty room! Carpets gross, doors squeak and broken!
