Fantastic accommodation, all staff were pleasant and fantastic to deal with. Location was great - close to shopping, Balboa Park, Old Town San Diego, Seaworld. Will be staying again soon!

Overall, the location is great - easy to get to many attractions in San Diego as first time visitor. It was great to get warm messages from the hotel before and after the stay, and service is great as expected. the amenities are pretty generic. Outdoor pool is nice. However, the physical state of the hotel does not meet the Sheraton standards that I am used to. Overall outdated design and finishes, and furniture, which is unfortunate. The management should really consider updating the hotel interiors as well as culinary offerings to better serve consumer's expectations.

Great location, not great parking

The hotel itself was more than fine, but after paying a fairly hefty fee for parking we were disappointed that hotel garage was full (cars from people at a conference) so we had to find a spot in the overflow parking. Not horrible, but not as convenient as we expected.

Mucho ruido en la habitacion

El aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido toda la noche que no te dejaba dormir, el costo del estacionamiento es excesivo , siempre lleno y te tenias que estacionar retirado del hotel y ellos no se hacen responsables si algo le pasa a tu vehículo, pero si te cobrar el estacionamiento.

Outstanding!

We were in town for a concert so we didn’t stay long but we wish we could! The hotel was very nice and we received excellent service. Just perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable. Check in was very smooth with no issues whatsoever. The location was perfect! And the price was reasonable. We’ll be back!

Spring mattresses still?

Non working in room coffee maker. Plugged tub during showers. Worst are the beds! Springs older style mattresses are past their prime. Noisy mattresses.
