Overall this location is perfect. Short walk to beach, Belmont Park and cute neighborhood coffee, restaurants and market. All 3 units on property were booked and parking is VERY tight. Fortunately all neighbors were nice and thoughtful of shared areas. Couch bed is more for one person, we had 6 and fit perfect. Could not locate any extra sheets for couch, would recommend.In unit washer and dryer extremely helpful.No AC but fans and plenty of windows allowing coastal breeze was perfect, never uncomfortable. Overall, all of your beach vacation needs and wants, highly recommend!

Cute little getaway

My kids and I stayed at this property for 4 days. We loved it. It's an older building, so it had older building things (like an old heater) but it was awesome. We loved being so close to the beach and the bay. We will be staying here again!

Quiet Getaway

Very comfortable! Close to everything we wanted to do! Kitchen had plenty of ice, comfortable beds and pillows. Nice televisions and comfortable living room seating. The property management team was very thorough with communication, they responded quickly to text messages. The courtyard was beautiful and we enjoyed being outside with our grandchildren.

Nice family get away

The kids loved how close it was to the beach. The home was well stocked for a long stay. It could use a broom to clean off the outside.....and the flys were an issue. Overall it worked very well for us. Thank you.

No sleep

The walls are paper thin in this property. We were awoken every night around 1:30 and banging, stomping and voices were heard throughout the night and every time we were home. I spent two hours on the phone with VRBO and was told that I had to contact the management company Surf Style. The management company didn’t care about the continuing noise and we didn’t sleep all vacation. There was no water pressure at all in the shower. We had to shower in mist. Not worth the money. Very disappointed.

Subpar for the price

The location of this property is great, but the quality of property is subpar for the price. It’s smaller than pictures suggest, it’s not as recently updated as suggested (broken linens, stains etc.), it sleeps 6 (plus 2 on pull out) but dinner table seats 4, only 1 shower where warm and cold are switched and you have to figure that out yourself, customer service takes 24h to bring towels. When the price is good, it’s a great location. When the price is not good, it feels a bit of a rip off.

Nice Location

Freezer still had food in it, trash outside was overflowing, and shower curtain was pink at the bottom. Location was nice and close to the beach. Main bathroom really needs work for the price paid

Perfect location

Location was the key to our stay. Unfortunately there was a family who stayed above us, and that’s all we heard- early in the morning and late at night. That ruined our time in the home, not able to relax with kids running from one end of the house to the other. Bathroom needs some updating.

Good place, could use some touch ups

Pros: Proximity to beach and bay Cute decor Beds were very comfy Beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards to use Cons: Very strong smell of cleaning products upon arrival No blankets for living room or pull out couch Inside looks cute, but tub and kitchen could use some upkeep (paint peeling, tub leaking, cabinets were peeling, cheap blinds that had missing pieces so easy for anyone to look into bedrooms, trash under couch) Sheets were stained Silverware in drawer was dirty No kitchen consumables besides paper towels (we had to buy ziplocs, parchment paper, foil, etc) Comes with 2 parking spots but very tricky to get large vehicles in it. Street parking wasn’t bad during the day though. Make sure you understand that this is a shared outdoor space with 3 units. You can hear the upstairs apartment walking above and talking. And there is a reason they make sure you aren’t using this as a party house. The neighbors do not want vacation homes nearby and they make that very clear. So we made sure to be very respectful temporary neighbors.

Family beach fun

Charming, well-manicured residential street, within walking distance to family friendly Mission beach. Renovation was well done with fully stocked appliances and kitchen amenities, and comfortable accommodations. We had a nice stay enjoying family beach fun.

Walk to the beach. New renovated space.

We had 5 family members stay at this place, including 2 children (4 and 6 year olds). The place was clean and newly renovated. The renovation did have several minor issues, none of which were of worry. The place did smell like paint, but we were able to overlook it after turning on all the fans. This place does NOT have an A/C. We stayed in June so it wasn't that hot. But I wonder if the fans would have been enough during a 90+ degrees day. All in all, we would stay there again.
