The air conditioning was in shambles, the lamps did not work and the beds were just awful. And the pillow were way too small. Walls were paper thin. Will not be back.

There was one rude night shift lady who didn't seem to care about the guests at all. It was the night the water was off. The next day, one of the men at the desk compensated us for not having water to shower before going to bed. However, at this time, my card is being charged for the whole amount plus the 100.00 hold. We'll see if that is fixed prior to the charge clearing my bank. I asked for a print out of my receipt that does show the compensation, so I'm hoping it gets adjusted as promised. There's a burger shop next door that was really good.

Vending machines were either empty or not working, so no water. Needed an iron and none were available. Desk clerk did leave note and one was provided the next morning 15 minutes before we needed to leave for an event. No orange juice at breakfast and only 1 of 2 cereal choices avail. Water was shut off for an hour with 10 minute notice.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable and rolled every time I sat in it. The dead bolt was torn off. There were crowbar marks from where the door was forced open, probably several times. Not the most honest looking characters hanging around late at night.
