Casa Welch is a wonderful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom San Felipe Vacation Rental located in the Palos Verdes South section of El Dorado Ranch Resort community. This authentically local home offers a master suite upstairs and two additional bedrooms on the main floor. The master has a king bed, one main floor bedroom has a queen, and the other has two twins — you can sleep 6 in comfort. This San Felipe Vacation Rental features Mexican-style decor complete with modern conveniences along with the trusted security of El Dorado Ranch.

The private courtyard entrance with fountain offers an impressive view and the relaxing sound of running water. There is a spacious outdoor veranda and BBQ. The most impressive feature is the gourmet kitchen showcased by the most modern of appliances and the professional cook top and ovens. This kitchen is totally equipped for you to prepare gourmet meals including cappuccino — yes, there is a cappuccino machine. Imagine patio dining, watching the moon rise over the Sea of Cortez, sipping cappuccino.

You will love coming back to this San Felipe Vacation Rental each night after a long day of activities. Relax in front of satellite TV (DirecTV), watch a DVD movie while enjoying surround sound, use the iPod docking station, or enjoy the San Felipe sunset on your own private rooftop. This home features central air-conditioning for summer heat and heat for chilly winter nights. The living room has a propane fireplace and there is another fireplace on the outdoor patio that burns wood. You will also find a fully equipped laundry room with large washer and dryer. Linens and towels are provided.

Best of all, the home is located only 6 miles from downtown San Felipe. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. This rental comes with 6 pool passes only. If 8 adults rent, only 6 adults can access the pool. Children 12 and under do not need a pool pass. Resort passes are issued between 8AM and 4:30PM. If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will not have pool access on arrival day. Pool hours are 9AM to 10PM. Monthly rentals available — utilities are additional with a utility security deposit required. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. After 8PM, there is a $25 late check-in fee.
