This property is good for many reasons, however, there are some improvements needed. I think the property should be consistent on offering a mini fridge and microwave in the rooms. Currently, some (not all) double rooms have a mini fridge and/or microwave, making it a "luck of the draw" scenario. IMO, these amenities should come as standard in all rooms or at least all double rooms. The property is generally clean, but on this last trip, the first room I was offered (this one had a microwave) had a bad smell and the odor from the air conditioner/heater gave off a much worse smell. Thankfully, I was switched to another room, but it did not have a microwave or mini fridge. The decor in the rooms is renewed and channel selection on the television is pretty good, however, larger double rooms should have a TV screen larger than 32 inches. I like this property, but a few improvements would make it a much better experience.

Parking is available and easy - public transport also easily available. Convenient location - many areas within walking distance. Good choice of local dining options. Room was large and clean, 2 big comfortable beds with clean fresh bedding, tv, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, air con, bathroom with shower and bath, hairdryer, clean fresh towels. Pleasant, helpful staff. We loved our stay - thank you Alpha Inn! :-)

I would have given 6 stars if they had a microwave and mini refrigerator in the room In addition, the heating system didn’t work. But every thing else was excellent.

Dont stay here!

The room smelled like mold, the blankets looked like they were from the 70's. I would not recommend staying here. The noise levels are high, you can hear every little thing around you.The guy at the front desk wasnt very nice.

Unexpectedly good lodging.! Roomy and quiet. Parking lot was a little small and cramped. Dinged my car on a pole trying to get into a parking space. Liked the big room and couch.

Had a great stay here at this place for 4 nights, was most affordable for me, walkable, close to beautiful parks, the area felt totally safe to me walking around at night. Bathroom was nice and roomy. I would definitely stay here again for a budget option!

The property was clean, but there is no fridge in the room, no elevator in the building so be prepared to go up 4 flights of stairs with luggage. Reception desk can’t give you any valid recommendations of things to do nearby. We had to ask repeatedly to be provided at least 2 washcloths for our room of 2 people. Last night we stayed there, the maid did not tidy up the room even if we left the sign for her to do that. Otherwise, the place was OK, no noise issues or cleaning concerns.
