Staff was friendly and check-in and check-out was quick. During the day check-out had a virtual assistant through a screen. Room was clean and spacious with AC / heater. A good budget place to stay in SF by the bay. They don't serve breakfast in the morning but there are local breakfast places, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby within walking distance. No special amenities or anything but they have a coffee maker in your room. Would stay again next visit.

Staff were kind and helpful during check in and check out. However parking was difficult; it might’ve been because it was a holiday weekend or weekend in general but we had to park on the street because all slots were taken. The amenities in our room are outdated and not the best (air conditioner/heater, shower pressure, mattress was hard). Room and bathroom were spacious though. Walkable distance to dining options and in the middle of many points of interest.

Great stay. I loved the place. Perfect for me. Walls are thin, you can hear noise from the other guests and traffic from Lombard street. I sleep like a rock so that did not affect me. But if you wake up easily this might not be the place for u. This place worked for me due to the proximity of many attractions in the city.

We were pleasantly surprised that our quite reasonably priced room was spacious, clean, and perhaps because it was not facing thee street was quite quiet. Now, our window view was another building 3-4' away but that was little sacrifice for the quietness. We had no difficulty parking in the garage area each of our 3 nights there, another huge plus!
