I prepaid through Expedia, but the hotel claimed they could not see this through their system during check in despite showing my Expedia receipt! They told me they still needed to put my card on file claiming it was “just a temporary hold.” They promised it would drop off as long as explained the situation to Expedia who would follow up with them and confirm pre-payment, but it never did. I’ve gone back and forth with both the hotel and Expedia ( who also provided proof i paid prior to arrival ) and the hotel flat-out refuses to issue a refund. They also charged extra saying I had a pet which I DID NOT HAVE. I was charged twice for one stay, given false information, and left to deal with the mess myself. Terrible customer service and zero accountability, be careful before booking here. It’s actually a shame because the property itself was nice with a cool rooftop.

We had a great time staying at Canopy for the weekend. Staffs were very accommodating and they answered all the questions we had. Room was very clean, bedding was comfortable and we had such a nice view. Will definitely staying here again. Thank you Vivian for your help with the check-in process:)

The rooms and hotel were very clean. The gal at the front desk when we checked it was amazing. Friendly, professional and had a nice smile. She was the only one there and quite a few of us checking in all at once.

I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

I saw a mouse in the lounge. They don’t have black out curtains. If you want to sleep in, it’s not the best place.
