I can’t Believe that this Hotel is open for reservations at the platform, the Hotel is Dirty, the service of the staff, terrible, and a lot of People Living in the street outside the Hotel, so you cannot get in as Easy, and there is a lot of noise during the Night

Great location that's easily accessible by MUNI. Only problem that I had was that the television decided it was done communicating with the remote. I had to crawl under the desk and unplug it so I could get some sleep. The front desk laughed, because I was laughing about "the possessed TV". I'll stay here again.

They have onsite parking which is a plus with dedicated space for our motorcycles which was nice. Make sure you bring your own toiletries as they only provide soap. No coffee or tea service anymore but there are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately the neighborhood streets like many cities these days have homeless and other who are less fortunate which is sad. So many cool old buildings in the area though! Staff was friendly and very accommodating.
