Staff was super friendly. However, it was a very noisy hotel. They started construction at 7am the mornings we were there. Hotel noted it would start from 9am-5pm but that wasn’t the case. People on our floor were very loud also.

For our first time in San Francisco, this hotel met our needs. I was a little disappointed that when we checked in, our attendant simply checked us in and gave us our room key, while the other receptionist provided more information on where those guests were location-wise, offered a map, and so on.

Decided we wanted to be within walking distance to the wharf and this place really is. Booked 2 rooms and one was able to get in earlier. Nice sized 2 queen room, with space in front of the closet. Bathroom large, with big counter. Requested a microwave which arrived very timely. Hotel is really nice, hotel staff friendly and extremely helpful. Shout out to Sarah for area tips and directions. The bus is right around the corner, bay and wharf about 1 block away. Garage parking if you choose not to valet is right next door. It's not cheap but very convenient, we (women) walked different times of the day/night for out car and felt very safe. Would so recommend this place for a long weekend or a base for area stuff.
