I normally stay at the San Francisco airport international hotel, but because of a convention or other activities in the area, I was unable to book a room, so I stayed Ihg and was pleasantly surprised. That Business Center was very convenient, and as a handicap person, the handicap room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and even though it was a very busy weekend (the Hilton and the Marriotts were booked, the IHG had room for me, and I was even able to extend my stay, and even though they were short staffed, they were able to accommodate, pushing my wheelchair get, getting my meals, and accommodating my room requests. Excellent excellent service and a very kind staff.

Disappointing to be at the Crowne Plaza and have them serve powdered coffee creamer in the lobby. I don’t eat breakfast so I wasn’t that interested in that but I think for name recognition hotel like Crowne Plaza. They should be the class act that they pretend they are. I should’ve stayed at a comfort Inn.

No hot water for showers

It was alright. Though the elevators sound like a death trap. And there was no hot water for showers! Not even a little warm which was rough after traveling. I personally won’t stay there again.

Hotel is good, got breakfast in the morning. I knew it was $25 but I just wanted to see how good it would be. For $25 the breakfast was average. Some hotels include something similar or better. I come to the area for business, next time i will skip the breakfast here.
