The receptionist were polite and professional. Camelia was fantastic. The room was disappointing, some towels were dirty and had hairs. The bathtub was also dirty and clogged.

I was traveling with my daughter and I was concerned of the safety of the building. It stated that the doors would be locked and you need a key card to enter from 11 PM to 6 AM. That was not the case I brought this to the attention of management and they minimized it. It didn’t address the situation. I was charged $24 a day for parking, but parking was so limited you had to park in areas at risk of damaging your car. I mentioned it to management nothing happened.

The carpet was not clean. For check-in and check-out, you have to wait at least 15 minutes. There isn’t enough parking space—we had to park our cars next to the sidewalk for two nights. They also charge $20 per day for parking. Overall, the place is below average.

Overall the property is safe, quiet, and has friendly staff. The bar/restaurant, while not well-attended, is great for having food and a beverage. The hotel is old and needs updates. The flooring, room doors, walls, ect all all very old and is indicative of the hotel's age. That said, I enjoyed my stay and would go again. If you are looking for luxury, this is not the hotel for you. If you need a safe place to lay your head down and sleep, this is a good option. Also, parking is $25.00 per night.

Rooms are very dirty. We checked in and we had to have bathroom cleaned because it smelled of pee. Room curtians were stained, carpet was dirty, tub floor was dirty and there was no hot water. The only good thing was the shuttle service to and from the airport.
