Issues: - Rude front desk people. - Broken toilet in room not fixed until third call to front desk. We finally had to go down to the front desk to tell them to fix it. - Bathroom sink drained poorly and was not fixed. - This is the same Embassy Suites from the 1980's. Same furniture. - You don't get daily housekeeping -- including towel replacement automatically unless you beg. - The breakfast was OK but the tables were not bused and wiped. As a result, the tables quickly became a dirty, sticky mess. - The $45 daily fee for parking was a pure ripoff. The lot was unattended and overflowing. However the WORST issue was that on the last night of our stay there was a party in the Atrium. The hotel had rented out the space for the party. An electronically amplified five piece Mariachi band played until 11:00 resonating throughout the entire hotel. It was impossible to sleep. In the past I have stayed at the Embassy Suites many times. I will not do so again.

It was cold. There was a corner of the room that looked moldy, dirty, dusty. Not enough trash cans. Ran out of toilet paper and hand soap. On top of that my daughter either got bed bites or rash from the beds. The first morning she slowly had bumps on her legs, which eventually later appeared everywhere
