I like this hotel. The room was very clean, the room amenities were modern, the staff was helpful & coureous, they offer breakfast. It’s not the best area but the hotel itself was great. No complaints. I’m glad I stayed here. I would stay here again.

The breakfast was delicious, everything was fresh and abundant. Kitchen staff was friendly and ready to help with whatever you needed. Our room was clean and our view was amazing even the balcony was nice. The prices was great! Staff at front desk was front desk from the moment we arrived to when we left were so friendly and helpful. The location was close to Union station and the trolley that took us all over San Francisco which was amazing 👏 we had an awesome 21st anniversary.

The hotel is in a bad area, lots of drug use and homelessness but they leave you alone. Hotel is safe. You are safe. There is always staff there and you need a key to access the hotel and all room floors, breakfast etc. Ubers drop you off immediatly in front of the hotel.
