They placed me right next to the elavator, noise kept me awake all night, asked to be changed they said it had to be until the following day, I got the following day 2/15 to the lobby and manager in charge said they could only change me until after 12pm, but I had an activity booked from 830am to 5pm, so if I wanted to move I had to come back or take all my things and leave them in the office, I had food in the fridge, had valuables and left me no choice but to pack again and leave all my stuff at the front office, they have no customer focus, the manager lack so much empathy and had 0 idea how to treat customers, they only took care of their side without considering how bad the experience for the customer was. They made my 3 day trip an awfall experience. Any hotel should make sure that the noise from the room closest or farest from the elevator is the same (there should be none), if they cannot guarantee that, they should offer those rooms with a disclaimer.
