This is our fourth time to stay here. The staff is so helpful and nice- and busy! The temperature of the rooms can be difficult with the AC, but it’s a good location and we like staying here. I do wish refrigerators came in the rooms 😄. Thanks again Hotel Caza. See you next time.

I like the location of the hotel. In 7 minutes of walking we were already on Pier 41 and 39. Very clean hotel. Staff members very helpful. Dog friendly. We are planning on returning again very soon.

We ended our stay early because we could barely get any sleep. The hotel is located near a busy street and the flimsy windows let in every bit of noise including trash pick up very early in the morning. The beds are not queen size--they're doubles, even though the website clearly states they are queens. On top of that, you have to pay extra for parking, a coffee machine, and even a refrigerator. Only coffee is included with your stay. The breakfast options were very limited, consisting only of a premade sandwich or a premade burrito. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and the price is far too high considering the lack of comfort and amenities.

Great hotel

Overall our stay at Hotel Caza was great. The location can’t be beat with easy access to the city. Our room was ready by noon for an early check in. The $41 per night resort fee is excessive and really gives no value- I don’t know too many people interested in “free store bought cookies and milk” for an hour for this resort fee. I did pay extra for our double queen room with a view and it was fantastic and worth it.

False advertising (no bay view) and rude

Okay for what it was but they are advertising partial bay view rooms that have zero visibilty of bay what so ever very disapointed and manager was not so kind when i stated my problem she said i could get $20 had to fight to get atleast 40 of the 46 they promised the night before either way only 5th floor has view but they are advertising the side of the building as bay view ,when all there was is a view of the hotel we should have stayed in
