Everything was good, only we did not have a brush to clean the toilet, and the bins were without a cover (I was with a cold, so when I cleaned my nose with Kleenex and threw it in the bin), the germs could fly in the room and infect others. Thank you for your attention

The staff member at reception was rather rude. Given the room 2601. Right on the corner of the block and the furthest away from the main entrance. No services to help with luggage. All you can hear all night is the sound of cars racing up and down the street with loud engines, people high on drugs. The room didn’t maintain an ambiant temperature and was always cold, including the bathroom and the tiled floor was freezing The bed was comfy and the breakfast was ok. But not enough to make me recommend this hotel to anybody or to stay here again.

Overall wonderful experience. Staff was great, room was great.. a little cold but housekeeping brought up an extra blanket and i was perfect. Outdoor fireplaces were lovely. Great location so close to pier 39.

It’s a convenient location if you want to spend time in the Fisherman’s Wharf Area walking distance They have nice decorations in the lobby for the holidays Nice ambiance with fire pit outside where you can relax at the bench also used the swimming pool Breakfast was great lots of selection you get seated in an orderly manner There was an issue with the room that I stayed with cub web on top of the sink and one of the bed everytime you move it moves as well I took a video of this and told the supervisor when I checked out she kindly apologized and waved my resort fee I just hope house keeping do a thorough check on the rooms that they clean so this will not happen again on other guest and volt the bed so it won’t move.

Overall, my experience was average. One of the main issues was noise. The ceiling felt very thin, and footsteps from the room above were clearly audible. During my first few nights, the guest in the room above was awake and walking around until almost 3 a.m., which made those nights very unpleasant. On other nights, it was slightly better only because the guests in the room above went to bed earlier, but the lack of proper sound insulation remained an issue, especially for light sleepers. In addition, noise from outside the room door was also clearly audible. There were occasions when children were running along the corridor and screaming, which further disrupted rest. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and well maintained throughout my stay. The breakfast was acceptable, with a wide variety of food available, but it was fairly standard Western breakfast and nothing out of the ordinary. The breakfast area can become very crowded later in the morning, with long queues forming. Waking up earlier helped to avoid this. The restaurant staff were efficient and well organized in assigning seating despite the crowd levels. The lobby area is nice but usually quite busy. There is also an outdoor fireplace area that looks inviting; however, it was often occupied, so I did not have the opportunity to use it during my stay. If I were to stay at the hotel again, I would certainly request a room on the top floor to minimize noise disturbance.
