Quiet, clean and in a safe location. The breakfast buffet is AMAZING! Only wished we could access more filtered water rather than having to go to the gym. Would be nice to have a filtered water fountain/bottle filler. Staff is excellent too!

Very good staff and generous breakfast. It’s location is walking distance to Pier 39 and is close to Muni stops for getting around. There’s a Thai restaurant nearby that’s very good for dinner.

We enjoyed our week long stay at the hotel. We were very close to the ocean, only a block away. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood. The bus and cable cars were very accessible. Hotel staff were great, they dealt with a VERY RUDE customer that was out of line in a very professional manner.
