There was no parking available for a pickup truck, and there was no warning of it ahead. There was also no concierge to help you out with the bags. Not up to Hyatt standards, in my opinion.

We love this property - Super convenient to walk to Oracle Park. Staff is THE BEST! So friendly from check in to big friendly smiles and greetings from housekeeping! My only Con is that the A/C seems to go down to minimum when you are sleeping because there is no movement in the room to trigger the occupancy sensor so it gets a little stuffy at night.

The staff was excellent. The Hyatt Place drop off or loading area is almost non existent. It is very difficult to drop off a disabled person and to do it safely.
