Very clean and quiet room. Comfortable bed. Great location, within walking distance of a ton of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and the BART transit stations. Will be staying here again for sure. Solid value.

The location is excellent for this hotel, my wife and I stayed there during the Thanksgiving holiday of 2025, and we were both excited about touring and sightseeing the beautiful city of San Francisco Upon arrival we were greeted by the front desk person which was very cordial, but at the end of our check-in, she said she had bad news for us, and the bad news was that they’re elevator was not working and more than likely would not work during the duration of our stay. We were originally set to have a room on the fifth floor, but as a person with two knee replacements, hiking five floors to come and go from a hotel room is a little bit of a challenge. I immediately asked to be upgraded due to our inconvenience and be placed on a lower floor, which they were able to accommodate. The room was spacious clean well kept however our showers water pressure was very, very low and it struggled to get hot enough. The non working elevator actually hampered the comings and goings as having to climb stairs (narrow staircase, and in one area, a short ceiling where I bumped my head twice) to come or go from the hotel room to do anything was work. Overall, my wife and I still enjoyed San Francisco, but it wasn’t our ideal trip and I hope that the end that you square does resolve a few of these issues so that future guests won’t have these inconveniences to disrupt inconvenience their vacation.
