Staff was helpful. Unfortunately the elevator was not working until our last day. My 2 suggestions-: 1. a larger breakfast room. (each of our 6 mornings could not accomodate seats at the table for all who entered during the first hour). 2. Removing the "air freshener" plug in devices in lobby and floors. They can and did cause nausea and headaches for those of us with fragrance sensitivities.
