While having breakfast I watched one of the ladies push the trash down with her hands. While that wasn't an issue this was: She then went into the kitchen (I was sitting at a table that looked right into the kitchen) did not wash her hands but started filling the bagel tray without gloves!!! On a different day while on the shuttle bus the driver had a confrontation with a gentleman. The gentleman got off the shuttle but threw his cup of soup on the shuttle doors. Three days later the soup was still there!! Take some pride, wash your shuttle van!!!!

The property was convenient to the airport but that’s it! The girl that was there when we checked in was rude and acted like we were bothering her however the girl in the morning when we caught the shuttle was great! Helpful and kind and acknowledged us when we walked into the lobby.

This area was very Gaza "esque". Not the good Gaza but homeless, concrete jungle. Room smelled of urine. Saw a roach in the bathroom. All this can be yours for $177.

Nice Hotel

Front desk staff on 5-17-25 could of had better customer service but the lady was kinda rude. They do have a great breakfast buffet and it's $18 plus tax to park

I noticed that the room lacking basic amenities like lotions. When I inquired about it, the customer service representative kindly informed me that they didn't have any available. However, she did guide me to a local shop where I could purchase some. Unfortunately, the prices there were quite high, which felt a bit frustrating. I believe it would greatly enhance the guest experience if they could provide these basic items or offer more reasonable options nearby.

Pros: Nice upgraded older property, Bathroom fixtures, Main lobby and dining. Breakfast was good with 3 waffle makers, and coffee stations well equipped Cons: the only negative was our door, seemed to have a lot of space, like it didn’t fit, therefore a lot of hallway light, and sound came into the room. We were only staying 1 night, but might have bothered us if staying longer ( also might be a safety concern. Otherwise, very nice property. Would consider staying again.
