The room was awful, the carpets had what appeared to be vomit stains all over. The shower had zero hot water, maybe room temperature if you're lucky. Not to mention there was black mold on the walls of the shower. Also, the AC did not work which made sleeping miserable. The bed was hard as a rock and the walls were paper thin. You get what you pay for with this hotel. I was sold here because of the amenity of free self parking but with how awful this was I wish I would have just paid the outrageous valet fees at a nicer hotel. Do not stay here.

The office front door was locked when I arrived and I waited outside for more than 15 minutes knocking on a window with no one in sight. I will never stay at this Hotel again. Once meeting a staff member, I was questioned about wanting a receipt for the agreement I had just signed, in order to stay at the hotel. The room didn't offer hot water, bed sheets were stained, and when entering the room the water was running in the bathroom sink & bathtub. I then attempted to contact the front desk and no one ever answered the phone. I will never stay at this Hotel again. I hope Hotels.com removes this business entity from there offering list. Thanks Brian

Room and hotel were run down and dirty. Front desk staff were not present at desk several times. Clerk was rude. I was charged conference fee when I was not in a conference nor any conference was in session. They haven't had a conference in years since the place is run down. I will never return there. This hotel is rated 2 stars but it should be 0....Horrible.

Honestly the pictures were so deceiving this is a motel at best. The room is tiny there is not warm water at all. Cold showers everyday. House cleaning barges in with out knocking. Front desk people were really nice and apologized but really didn’t do anything about the stay.
