The person at the front desk name Jason is the worse person I ever encounter in a hospitality environment. He attitude and service does NOT belong in a service field. He needs to be a janitor if he wants to have this type of attitude! I am not a guy that can get pissed off that easily but I wanted to punch his face when I was there! I will NEVER book this hotel again!

It was nice, clean and staff were friendly. However, our rooms weren't ready when we arrived so we waited about 20 min. No big deal. However, at night the people above us were very loud between midnight and 1:00 am.

They are charging extra money for breakfast. Please be carefull when you make reservation also they charge $15 tax per night for parking. No microwave in the rooms No alarm clock in the rooms

Terrible stay

A group of people were yelling and being very loud in the hallway outside of my room at 2 am. The noise woke me up. When I complained, the hotel staff didn't address the issue with the urgency and seriousness the situation warranted. The noise continued past 3 am and I didn't get any sleep.

We landed very late and they made sure we had a shuttle to get us to the hotel to rest us. Upon arriving their staff was friendly and ready to greet us. Will definitely stay again
