Convenient location and great bed. The bathroom wasn’t exactly private, which was strange. Breakfast was some carbs and mostly empty. Overall good location and comfortable.

outside is a lil sketch but inside is very nice + up to date. great staff, my toilet handle broke out of nowhere and the front desk was able to handle this problem very well with a new room and working toilet

My room was extremely tiny. As a single traveler I barely fit inside. No bathroom door. If you’re traveling with another person, do not get the sky room. There is no privacy. The area is terrible. Nothing but homelessness and stool on the street the moment you open the door to exit the hotel. Stores are about a 10 minute walk away. Chinatown about 15 mins away. That’s where the good food is to eat in the area. It was too pricy for what it was. Yet it was one of the cheaper options at the time of booking.

everything it is clean and air conditioning very cold it seem good runs.. outside seem not safe around because of homeless and crime at night. I very impression security worker at this hotel and keep safe I so thankful we have it security be there feel us safe place where to go in hotel.

Biggest issue is I found either a bed bug or flea or something in my bed. Sent message through hotels.com and alerted front desk staff person who took my phone and forwarded the pics to someone, otherwise wasn’t yet addressed. Location is a bit rough.

The only thing I didn't like was what was written on the website; the hotel had a restaurant on the rooftop, but when I arrived, starving because my flight had been delayed for hours, I was told there was no restaurant at all.

Hotel good, but the surroundings not so good.

The hotel is good, staff very helpful; though outside of the hotel there are too many homeless people on heavy drugs and the city smells mad.

great location in SF downtown. The breakfast is very basic. Dont recommend Sky room is small, is only for sleep The hotel is good. The service is good, No is a 4 stars is recomend for sleep. Meter near and many bus around the zone. Front the hotel is a many homeless in the night but no problem in security area.

Loved everything about the property save for the street situation. The area has a number of transient individuals and folx experiencing homelessness but, for the most part, they seem to be harmless. Loved that the train is across the street and that the main bus routes are close by. Breakfast in the AM is a nice perk, as well. The rooms are neat, modern, and clean, staff is friendly —s/o to Mary for being so wonderful and kind to me—and the bath products etc. are high quality. I’d stay at Yotel again for sure.
