This detached house is located in the urbanisation Parque El Pedrucho in the heart of La Manga at kilometre 9. you can enjoy the beaches of the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor that are only 150 metres away.



The house has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large lounge and kitchen with ample outdoor space and a small roof terrace with sea views.



Due to it being in between two seas, La Manga is also an ideal place for water sports. There are sailing and skiing schools that run periodical courses, as well as windsurfing and catamarans. The Mediterranean can be enjoyed by those who prefer high waves for windsurfing and the entire coast also offers a series of areas that are ideally suited and perfectly isolated for diving, such as Cabo de Palos and the rocky depths next to Isla Grosa.

Die Kommunikation war äußerst schlecht, da kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort zur Verfügung stand sondern alles über ein Callcenter lief. Das Haus zu finden war eine Katastrophe, da wir keinen Schlüssel hatten. Man sollte vor dem Haus stehen und anrufen dann würde elektronisch geöffnet und man käme in das Haus indem sich auch der Schlüssel befindet! Angegebenen war die Adresse mit Casa P. 5009 doch diese Adresse gibt es nicht!Es sind ca 16 gleiche Häuser in 4 verschiedenen Reihen. Die Häuser haben eindeutige Namen und Bezeichnungen für die Reihe.Warum gibt man nicht diese Bezeichnung an!Zum Glück haben wir jemand gefunden der da in der Siedlung zu Hause ist, der uns ungefähr sagen konnte wo unsere Unterkunft ist. Nur 5009 gibt es definitiv nicht!!!

UBICACION PERFECTA

Sencillo registro de entrada (siempre móvil encendido). Fácil sistema apertura puerta (aplicación APP). Cuenta con llaves para mayor comodidad. Sus dos terrazas excelentes para tomar el sol (con vistas mar menor) y/o comer. Sita en una urbanización pero independiente (no adosada). Ubicada en una zona muy tranquila a escasos metros de supermercado. Justo en el centro de La Manga. Playas a escasos metros. Casa bien aprovechada, acogedora. Perfecta para descansar y disfrutar.

Urlaub pur....

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ordentlich und sauber, es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Terasse, Solarium auf dem Dach, traumhafte Lage am Mar Menor. Das einzige, was mir gefehlt hat...es gab keinen Verleih von Fahrrädern, das ist aber kein Punktabzug. Ich kann diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Hervorzuheben ist noch der nette Objektbetreuer Kike, er alleine hat schon 5 Sterne vedient!
