Gorgeous hotel, well designed

Fairly quick on shuttle. Had dinner at Casino next door as late. Fun! Big regret was not asking for an inner facing room as the courtyard is beautiful. You can use and relax in the garden and pool though. I was disappointed as I chose this out of many hotels at the airport for this view from balcony!

The stay was fine. The staff was indifferent for the most part. We did loose power for a few hours on Sunday evening and the staff was basically “not our fault, they didn’t tell us” so lacked basic customer service skills.

I did not like that the dining area was far away. My mom has mobility issues so we did not go to the free breakfast for that reason even though the breakfast was part of why i chose the hotel.

Very spacious rooms and comfortable beds, but the room could’ve been much cleaner (especially the bathrooms and the floors). Free parking and breakfast were a plus, but there’s also a Starbucks across the parking lot which was convenient. Close to freeway as well.

Ants, Ants Everywhere

We booked a night for both of us to get rest between two nursing shifts. We ordered a pizza and enjoyed half of it before we fell asleep. We woke up a couple hours later to find ants covering the pizza and snacks we left on the table. The experience completely ruined our food and well deserved rest. We checked in at 4pm and left at 11:30pm, my wife went in a little early for her shift while I slept in the car for a few more hours.
