I’m reading this. Hotel is good because if you’re into a basic hotel with a clean, comfortable bed, but without the thrills and without nice touches such as bottled water in the rooms, real coffee, mugs, or even a glass available in a room, and a better breakfast this is not your hotel. But the location is great and you’re able to walk to one of my favorite breakfast and lunch locations in all of San Jose. I would stay here again if it was the right price, but there are other hotels close by at similar rates that are just a little bit nicer.

La limpieza de la habitación estaba terrible. El baño tenía pelos en lavatorio y ducha… estuvimos solamente una noche por una situación médica que requería que estuviéramos cerca del hospital, así que nuestra estadía fue muy corta, por lo que no pusimos la queja en el momento pero simplemente no pudimos bañarnos en la habitación. Por otra parte el desayuno no estaba fresco; inclusive los hasbrowns estaban tiesos y con un tono casi gris, no lo recomendaría ni volvería a ir….

Hotel appears fresh and upkeep excels, Breakfast offerings are exemplary at this price point, you would expect this level from top line hotels. The shining star is the hotel staff who are friendly, pleasant and provided a concierge like service when assistance was requested.

in a very convenient location in San Jose with restaurants and grocery store right across the street. Rooms cleaned daily and spacious. Breakfast included with variety and very tasty! Nightly price for stay very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again!

Great staff. It was clean and a get set up. Make sure you bring your own shampoo and conditioner. They have some shampoo but not conditioner. Nice little gym and nice pool!

The hotel staff were unfriendly and did not know any English making check-in difficult. They have complementary coffee and they did not. They only had coffee with breakfast. The only things that we didn’t enjoy were the beds and the gym was decent, but the pool was not that nice. If we return to Costa Rica, we would not stay here again.

I checked out before breakfast was served. The hotel was conveniently located with plenty of restaurants and shops around it. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Getting here by Uber from the airport took 1 hr due to traffic congestions in the late afternoon. But going to the airport in the early morning hour (before 6 am) took only 15 min. Overall, it was a nice stay and the hotel and room condition are as one would expect of a Holiday Inn Express.
