From being greeted by the bellhops when arriving to the time we checked out everyone on the staff was a delight. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be looking at staying at other Hyatt hotels in the future.

Check-in was disappointing. The receptionist did not appear sufficiently trained to present herself in a pleasant and professional manner. We stayed for one night during a quick visit, and unfortunately the AC shut off around midnight and could not be restarted, resulting in a very uncomfortable night. We had driven six hours that day and had another six-hour drive ahead of us, so a good rest was essential. When we reported the issue the following morning, we were told the manager would be informed, but no follow-up occurred. At checkout, we mentioned the problem again, yet no action was taken.

The entire hotel was brand new and looked very high end. The rooms were modern and updated and felt way nicer than the price we paid. The front desk staff and bellhop were extremely friendly and caring, even for Tico standards!

This is a newly renovated hotel. The aesthetics are nice and the staff SUPER friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious and they also offered made to order breakfast items. My only complaint was that the rooms were somewhat small and there were not many electrical outlets . The hotel is close to the hospital....just in case, and there are a number of NICE restaurants within walking distance.
