Amazing front desk and breakfast Staff. So professional and welcoming. Everything was spotless! The entire Hotel was extremely clean - Spotless!! Breakfast was fabulous and cooked to order. Would absolutely recommend this hotel. Loved the simple tranquility. It is truly the calm oasis in the heart of the city they promise. Close to market, bus station, and restaurants.

We drove ourselves to the hotel and at first we weren't sure about parking but as we approached the what appeared to be the hotel parking, the garage door automatically opened for us. Parking is very tight but free in downtown San Jose. Downtown is very walkable from the hotel with lots of restaurant options and sights. Breakfast was "buffet style" but served...nothing to rave about. Sauna and gym were not working during out visit.

Everything was fantastic about staying at Urban Green, from the delicious free breakfasts to the helpful staff. In the center of town, within walking distance to the museums, banks, restaurants and shops. I booked for five days and stayed fifteen, and will stay there next time I go to San Jose.
