I loved this resort in Puerto Rico. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the balcony was amazing . They have three pools and a jacuzzi in great condition. I would recommend staying here .

The check-in process was quick and easy. However the room had a dampness to it the bedding and towels always felt moist. Hallways smelled of Raid/bug spray. Saw a roach in our bathroom and the food was not good at all.

Beware - these folks “threw” away a bag of clothes I had near the dresser. Then when we reported it they said we shouldn’t have had left our clothes in a Walmart bag on the floor. ARE YOU KIDDING!. In all the years I’ve travelled never have I had to be trained on where and how to leave my clothing. We’re waiting for indemnity from the hotel.

The place is awesome. Its like its in its own private little town. Things are quiet, there is several restaurants in walking distance also a casino. Beach was closed when we went due to high tide but the swimming pool is huge and was perfect. Can wait till i stay again.

I had some issues with my first room, but I was able to talk to the house keeping supervisor and she was able to accommodate us ina wonderful room so god bless her very professional and knowledgeable, but the front desk staff no hospitality training, unprofessional at one point around 8 pm i call the front desk and no one answered the phone today i tried to make a review and the young lady in the front desk don't know how to answer the phone and refuse to identify her self and kept me on the phone for half a hour around 9.53 pm October 2 2025 it not hard to find out who she was who ever is her supervisor, so for house keeping i give them 10 stars for front desk and hospitality training - 10 🌟

The mattress were horrible I honestly felt the springs. One day I was left with no towels after cleaning they charge for late check out 38 dollars a hour. I was also ate up by something the sheets or bugs. When you book with Expedia they give you the old rooms the walls were falling apart and we way in the back
