The Location is perfect right in the heart of Condado, The room very spacious and comfy beds and pillows, the view from our room was the Beach!!!!!

The tv was missing channels the dryer was broke only one ice machine on the first floor the workers were incompetent too busy talking other personal cellphones lied about room having a balcony stained curtains hotel had rust and chipped paint on the outside just a terrible stay

The ocean view was good. The hotel is substandard, especially for the price point. It has Hilton attached to its name so I expected more. The hotel is outdated and it was not the cleanest. There was mold in the shower and hallway ceilings. It gave more of a motel vibe. Genesis, the service manager was GREAT! She tried to accommodate us to the best of her ability, but there wasn't much she could do. We didn't receive our reward points that were promised as of yet-it's supposed to have taken 72 hours and that time has passed.

Hotel was clean nice views nice amenities great staff. Location was central to everything. You can take a public transportation to San Juan within 20 minutes for free. Again public transportation for free to send Juan old city.

I loved staying here. While there were small things you were there that I really think could’ve taken the experience in the next level, the overall experience was excellent. If I went back to PR soon, I would consider staying here again. You have the ability to get an assigned chair at the beach within walking distance for free. They have bike rentals many things are walkable around the property. I never waited more than five minutes for an Uber. Even at night, the area felt safe. There are two Walgreens type stores right nearby for anything you need. The pool area was nice, but the hot tub was so hot! There was no hand soap in the room. I don’t know if they don’t offer it or our room just got shorted, but I found that odd. The sliding door to get on the balcony needed some repairs it seemed, but that didn’t impact our stay The front desk staff could not have been more excellent! They added to my positive experience

The baseboard in the room was hanging off the wall and I couldn’t believe the housekeeping department just left it like that after I reported it. One day beds not made. Another day no towels and no bathroom paper. All I reported and took some pictures to show the front desk. The pool had lots of sand and they said that they clean it but all they did was put shock in it. Would never stay there again.

Staff at the hotel were all very professional & welcoming. Always attentive when you run into them around the hotel. My room was always clean, neat & they kept bringing my two bottles of water every day. Location is great, short walk to beach nearby restaurants & cafes.

Perfect Location in the Heart of Condado!

Location, location, location! Condado Palm is perfect if you want to be in the heart of everything. The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable. Just steps from the beach and surrounded by restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and shops. Super central and easy to get around. An excellent option for staying in San Juan.

The hotel was very nice. The lobby and staff was very welcoming.. the cafe was also very good and the staff was friendly.. there are beach chairs for the hotel at the beach.. just bring towels with you as we went twice and was advised the hotel did not bring them towels to give to the guest.. the room we had was ocean view which was nice room was spacious enough for sleeping and getting ready.. house keeping cleaned but did not take all the garbage or provide additional toilet paper so we had to call for that.. overall location was good quick uber or walk to most places.. I would stay here again
