The place was clean and adequate, but once one comes out of the room there’s no ac in the common areas, the bathroom can be updated since its a little dingy( it was clean, just old and a little dilapidated).

We arrived at 1am in San Juan and needed a place to crash for the night. Sink was leaking at the bottom which I guess is a known issue there. If you need to crash for a night this is a good place. Otherwise I’d recommend to try else where.. Area is beautiful Isla Verde. Short walk to the beach. Take it for what you will.

We had a nice stay at the Inn. Because it was a business trip we didn't spend much time in the room. It was clean and comfortable and just a few blocks from our business venue, so very convenient. There were some fixes that need to be made (broken window, stopped up drain) and it would be nice to have a brighter light (closer to the mirror) in the bathroom. Parking was in the back and easy to get in and out. Muchas gracias to the nice staff at BBInn.

I loved the fact that the beach was super close!!! My bed and sheets were clean. The bathroom was ok had visible brownish stains that could have been cleaned. The floors and knobs and gate was not clean. The kitchen area was nkt as clean as it should be. The staff was awesome. I didn’t ask for anything or complain but when I randomly spoke to them they spoke back politely and paid attention to me.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at borinquen beach inn. It was such a close walk to the beach and dining options that we didn't need to rent a car at all. The hotel was a little older, but it was clean, quiet and the staff were friendly. Common kitchen area was very useful! Made some eggs, toast and coffee! Overall a GREAT experience! I'll definitely be back!
