My room wasnt cleaned. Bed was half done with the pillows on the floor. Bed wasnt done a few days. No toilet paper in the room. Eddie was the most helpful of all the staff. Side tables were dusty. Bathroom wasnt cleaned. Sink was clogged. Reported the sink being clogged but no one fixed it.

My stay at Canario was absolutely amazing! The staff was beyond kind they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for me. I cannot express enough how sweet, caring, and attentive they were; truly some of the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced. The room itself was great clean, cozy, and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a restful stay. Everything about this property exceeded my expectations, from the warm welcome to the thoughtful service throughout. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place where you feel genuinely cared for.

I left this hotel two days before my scheduled check-out because it was disgusting, unsafe, and completely misrepresented. The safe didn’t work, the mini fridge was broken, and the AC unit blasted directly onto the bed, making it hard to sleep. The room door didn’t even have a functioning latch, which is a basic safety feature. There were spider webs, peeling paint all over the walls, and the shower had almost no water pressure. The front desk staff, especially one man, were rude and unprofessional, making the stay even more uncomfortable. Common areas looked neglected, adding to an overall unsafe atmosphere. This was not the clean, comfortable property advertised online. I would never recommend staying here, and I strongly suggest Expedia review this listing for accuracy and safety. I contacted Expedia with photos and details, but they denied my refund despite the clear safety and cleanliness issues. Guests deserve better, and this listing should be reviewed for accuracy and compliance.
