This house was in the perfect location for my family with two young kids. It felt like we had a private yard and beach all to ourselves! The Host was very responsive and was very helpful throughout our stay. The beds were cozy and the apartment was very clean upon arrival.

Peaceful ambiance

My family and I stated at this location and enjoyed every moment. The place was extremely clean and well maintained. It was also right on the beach with easy access. Paola was so communicative and checked in throughout the stay. Will return for sure!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay as a family. The apartment was immaculately clean and very cute. We also found the kitchen to be well supplied and we're able to cook most meals in (there is a also a full grocery store about 10 minutes away, so very convenient).The property itself is very charming, with a great pool that the kids really enjoyed. But the highlight of our stay was really the BEAUTIFUL beach just steps from the apartment. The water was warm, shallow with general waves (perfect for young children), We had so much fun playing in the water for hours!

Right on the beach!

The stay was as advertised. The ground floor was the closest unit to the beach which really enjoyed. It made it really easy to go back to the unit when needed. It wasn't the biggest place, but it was as advertised. No places on site to eat or walk to eat, but plenty of options within 15 minutes drive.Paola did a great job communicating with us throughout the trip. Would stay again if we go to Puerto Rico.

Perfect location on the beach

The booking process was easy. The description met the reality. The property manager was very communicative and available/helpful. We could walk to the beach in 3 minutes and the beach was beautiful and very quiet. We had fun snorkeling down the beach. The water was beautiful and warm. The views from the restaurants and beach were gorgeous. There were very few bugs,The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen, the beds and the beach (needed one more beach chair which we bought at Walmart) - The beach chairs could be upgraded. Plenty of towels. I was surprised there wasn't any recycling but trash removal was easy.The pool was nice. The parking lot condition was horrible. Potholes everywhere.Lots of good restaurants and stores very close..Overall, highly recommended property and property manager!

Nice place, good neighborhood

Nice ocean views, clean, quiet property. Loved listening to the waves and being able to walk out the door to the beach. Host was easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure all was well. We saw maintenance workers daily for property upkeep. I know it's out of control of the property owner, but use care navigating the parking lot as it's very rough and full of potholes. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this property for a short 4 day trip to PR with the family. The location is very close to the beach and convenient for a family. The pool is nice. The beach is quite wavy but if you walk to the right along the beach about 10 min, there is a nice calm cove. The location felt safe for us. Overall, we felt the apartment itself would use a deep clean as we had a crawling baby. Would recommend.

Our stay was wonderful and pleasant. Coming back home from Massachusetts for us this apartment was perfect, felt like home. Love the community is clean, quiet and peaceful. Not forgotten about they have rules for the residents and the visitors something we were looking forward to have. Lot’s of things to do in Rio Grande. We absolutely love it and we can’t wait to go back and most definitely have to be with West Indies! We definitely felt at home! The amenities were awesome just as it was described. Nice, spacious property With great proximity to the beach.

Really appreciated the fact that this space had multiple beach shares and beach towels available for us to use. Also loved having a washer and dryer. The beach is just a short walk away, and the property is near many good restaurants. Definitely don’t miss Richie’s.

Great multi-bedroom condo right next to the beach!

My family really enjoyed our stay here. There were two rooms with comfortable beds and nice sheets and pillows. There were also two nice bathrooms which was great. One of the best features was a nice washer/dryer set, so we could do some laundry. That allowed us to pack light and reused our clothes. The full sized kitchen was very nice. Everything was very pleasant and clean. The beach is right across from the back entrance with a sliding glass door looking out on a volleyball court and past it the beach. The exit to the beach was super close has two foot wash/shower stations for cleaning off sand. The condo had a few beach chairs and beach towels were provided. There are a number of good restaurants nearby and Luquillo is a short drive away, Two parking spaces are included, though we just needed one. The only hiccup we experienced was having to wait a few minutes at the entrance for the security guard when we first arrive as he was busy doing something else at the time. Once we got in, we had a remote for the gate so it wasn't an issue again. Definitely recommend!

Quiet Beachfront

Cute beach condo! Perfect for a family of 4. Safe area, clean and friendly property. The beautiful beach was calm and not very busy! Very convenient bottom floor unit with easy access to the beach. Highly recommend!

Great place and location, need to address possible water leak

This is a great place and a quiet location just steps to the beach. We let the property manager know there may be a slow water leak near the stove (water on floor a few times) and possible problem with the water affecting one of the kitchen cabinets. The beach was right out the door and the development was really nice. Great location!

Comfortable condo

This beachfront condo was a perfect place to spend a few days. The inside was well set up, with plenty of space, nicely decorated and very clean. And you can't beat walking about 50 feet out of the door and being directly on the beach. The water was perfect and we swam every day. Having the option of the pool is nice too. Very close to the rainforest if you plan to take advantage of the activities there.

Truly Beachfront

Great Location basically right on the beach and a ground floor unit. It's clean and a tv in every room which is nice. Only downside is no dishwasher and it has a small water heater so hot water runs out is everyone is taking a shower around the same time.

Loved the location and no stairs. Kitchen was a bit sketchy: to wit, dish drainer, cheap dull knives, pots and pans, etc. windows don’t work. No hooks in bedroom # 2. Poor drainage outside of sliding door. TV is too big for room! Overall, we liked it, but it does have these issues.

Great Landing Spot

This was an awesome place for our family of four to call home for a few days. The communication was EXCELLENT. The representative checked in enough, but not too much. The place was clean and stocked with a few things to get you started, like a small bag of coffee, paper towel, etc. It also had some beach chairs, beach towels, a volleyball and a cooler which was awesome. It is located in a gated complex. We felt super safe the whole time. The ocean, pool, volleyball court and playground were fun activities to come home to after exploring. El Yunque is only about 15 minute drive away! It was also stocked with bug spray which was key as the bugs were bad at dusk! The beds were super comfortable. Keep in mind that it is not a new apartment, but it is semi-updated and clean. Suggestions: 1. Label the door with the apartment number. We weren’t if we were in the right place at first. 2. Add boogie boards and sand toys. :)

Clean and safe

We stayed for a few days to explore beaches and Yunque forest. It was really close to a restaurant and convenience store off main route. Great communication with host. Beach chairs and towels provided were helpful. We enjoyed our stay with our family. You can hear the waves at night and relax! Gated community and safe for children.
