This hotel was amazing! My wife and I wanted to stay at a really nice hotel with all the amenities but still be in the local area to explore San Juan . This hotel met all of our needs! We stayed for 5 days and did not rent a car. Uber rides average about $5 , and we went everywhere. Many restaurants within walking distance and the 24 hr supermarket across the street was a major plus! All the staff was amazing , ready and willing to assist. If you want the best cortadito in town, go visit Didi in the mornings at the gift shop. Hands down one of the best experiences of our lives , would definitely book again.

The hotel itself was very clean with good amenities including a 24 hour pool and shuttle serving to and from the beach. This hotel is centrally located being close to La placita, the coliseum, shopping, food, a 24 hour supermarket directly across the street and the beach (3 blocks away). The staff was very sweet and accommodating in every aspect. I will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, we have stayed at several doubletree inns before. The only problem that I had was that i left a bag with some facial care products and a souvenir in my room and it dissappeared while we out for the day. Thats a considerable loss. I reported it, but haven't heard back from anyone yet. The bag had my reciept in it also with my info on it. I'm very upset about that. Can someone please look into that for me? Room 2007 from 8/4 to 8/9.
