I gave two stars only bc housekeeping was great and I liked how they had people on the beach to set up chairs, a small table and umbrella. My issues - I booked 2 rooms, Junior Suite 1 King w/sofa bed, Balcony, Ocean view. Months before I called to request rooms next to each other. Day of arrival they said they didn’t have that so they “upgraded” us so we could be on the same floor. We explained we were there to celebrate my 50th bday and wanted something special. They “upgraded” me to rm 317 The room itself was beautiful, but they parked me right behind the seashell-shaped dome restaurant Levant. My only view was of the dome. I had one sliver of ocean view on the right! The jacuzzi needed to be filled. Immediate squirted out black flakes/debris into the water, mold? Tried to turn it off and the handle kept spinning without turning off. Overflowed. They sent someone up to “fix” it. Got it to turn off or so they thought. Kept overflowing until it was actually fixed the next day. They drained it some and cleaned it so we could go in it but once we turned the jets on more black stuff came out. Jacuzzi was a no go for sure! Dimming lights flickered when complained they just said to turn them brighter. Defeats the purpose of dimming lights. Patio door lock broke cut myself on that. AC not cold. Robert mgr said he was going to take care of some charges but didn’t leave a note on the acct and he never returned my multiple calls. Will Never stay there again!

We loved staying here. Great location , warm ocean front pool. Our room was very nice with a large sectional in the living area, enjoyed our friends coming over and playing games in the evening. I’ll definitely come back.

Staff member Maria at front desk was rude. Not even 1 star should be given to the food and service. The place itself is beautiful but not worth the price. Sadly either staff is not trained or not paid well? Restaurant staff on the other hand were so friendly, we made sure to leave them great tips.

The hotel staff are very nice. The hotel is clean. The restaurant Levant- is lovely. I would recommend requesting a room in the new wing of the building and not one overlooking the pool. It is quite noisy. We had an ocean view, but music from the pool area plays day and night, and it can be heard.
