From the moment we arrived, El Conquistador exceeded every expectation. The staff greeted us with genuine warmth, check-in was seamless, and our ocean-view room was spotless with breathtaking sunrise vistas. The Casitas were charmless, the clifftop part of the Conquistador is a horrible hodgepodge of architectural styles. The common spaces felt like a run down convention space. But the island was lovely and the waterpark is fantastic
